    I got a new Maxisys 906 TS , been trying to update but without any success, message popup saying you IP address is restricted, why is that and how to resolve it.

     Have you tried using any other internet connections and see if that helps.......?

     call support i had the same problem it is blocked because it is listed as an import. they can fix it.
